Traffic delayed two hours outside Lake Seminole Park after truck rollover

SEMINOLE — Traffic was delayed for two hours near the entrance to Lake Seminole Park early Thursday afternoon after pickup rolled over, spilling diesel fuel, according to Seminole Fire Rescue reports.

The driver of the truck was taken to Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg with what seemed to be minor injuries, fire department spokesman Brad Dykens said.

At Park Boulevard and the entrance to Lake Seminole Park, eastbound traffic was blocked completely at roughly 12:30 p.m., with westbound traffic seeing a two-hour delay, Dykens said.
