Amber Alert issued for Royal Palm Beach girl, 2

A Florida Amber Alert has been issued for Armelis Chalas, described by authorities as a 2-year-old white or Hispanic girl who is 2 feet 6, 27 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Armelis was last seen in the area of the 800 block of Camellia Drive in Royal Palm Beach, wearing a red short-sleeved shirt and a diaper. She was seen entering a black two-door Honda or Kia with silver rims and dark-tinted windows, authorities say.
