TAMPA — Broken water mains on two major roadways will temporarily change traffic patterns.
Cars traveling west on E Hillsborough Avenue will experience a lane shift between N 34th and N 32nd streets, according to the Tampa water department.
And in South Tampa, commuters heading south on West Shore Boulevard will shift just north of Cleveland Street.
Water officials suggest drivers find alternate routes until the work is complete.
They estimate the Hillsborough lanes should be open Wednesday morning and the West Shore lanes should be complete by Thursday evening.
