3 Hernando men accused of kidnapping, robbing man

BROOKSVILLE — Three Hernando County men are accused of kidnapping another man and forcing him to withdraw $280 from his bank account at an ATM on Friday.

Three men were arrested and charged with kidnapping and robbery Saturday and are being held in lieu of $40,000 bail each: Terrance Matthew Bugiada, 20, of Weeki Wachee; Christopher Allen Burgess, 20, of Brooksville; and Nicholas R. Keller, 19, of Spring Hill.

Larry John Williams, 23, told deputies he was at Bugiada's house with Burgess and Keller when the three men punched him and forced him into a vehicle, a Hernando County Sheriff's Office report said.

The three men, authorities said, then drove Williams to the Bank of America on Cortez Boulevard near Mariner Boulevard and demanded that he withdraw the money from his bank account. On their way back to Williams' home after the robbery, authorities said, the trio threatened to harm him if he told law enforcement about what they had done.
