The Hillsborough County Sheriff's office is looking for three men who broke into a Wimauma mobile home Tuesday morning, beat one of the residents with a pistol, stole cash and carjacked a vehicle to make their getaway.

The incident occurred around 5:41 a.m. on Delia Street. Five adults and three children were held at gun point as the thieves made off with $1,500 in cash.

Arturo Vazquez Hernandez resisted, the Sheriff's Office said, and was pistol whipped by one of the suspects. Hernandez was treated and released at a local hospital.

As the suspects left the home, they smashed the window of a green, 2001 Ford Focus and yanked out driver Bernardo Hilario Anastacia, who was picking up a friend at the address. They made off in the car, which had a Tennessee license plate. Anastacia was not injured.
