She was being pushed in a stroller by her mother, Jessica Raubenolt, 24, as they crossed Bayshore Boulevard on Wednesday afternoon, police said. The mother was fatally injured at the scene and soon pronounced dead at Tampa General Hospital.
The drivers accused of engaging in the street race that cost mother and daughter their lives will each face an additional charge of vehicular homicide in the case, Tampa police spokesman Steve Hegarty said Thursday.

Cameron Herrin, 18, was speeding in a 2018 Mustang that struck the two, police said. Riding with him was his brother, Tristan Christopher Herrin, 20. John Alexander Barrineau, 17, was racing them in a gold Nissan, police said. All three remained at the crash scene on Wednesday and were arrested.
The two drivers each face two counts of vehicular homicide and street racing. They were freed from the county jail on Thursday after each posted $10,000 bail.
Tristin Herrin faces a misdemeanor charge of racing. He was also freed Thursday after posting $500 bail.
The mother was legally crossing the intersection when the racing car struck her, police said.
