Police body cam video captured the arrest of a pair of SUV thieves in Pasco County on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018. 
Pasco K9 Deputy Nick Carmack pursued a stolen Ford Expedition, before the vehicle crashed into a telephone pole on Denton Avenue in Hudson, Florida. The driver then fled on foot as his dog, K9 Shep, was deployed to apprehend him.

Police body cam video captured the arrest of a pair of SUV thieves in Pasco County on Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018.

Pasco K9 Deputy Nick Carmack pursued a stolen Ford Expedition, before the vehicle crashed into a telephone pole on Denton Avenue in Hudson, Florida. The driver then fled on foot as his dog, K9 Shep, was deployed to apprehend him.

As Deputy Carmack was in pursuit, the passenger exited the vehicle in an attempt to flee. The passenger was quickly detained by Deputy Carmack, as his dog remained chasing the driver.

As shown on the video, K9 Shep restrained the driver, as back up Pasco deputies later arrested him.

Both driver and passenger remain unnamed pending news on charges.
