DADE CITY — Pasco sheriff's detectives have arrested a Dade City man in the murder of a Lacoochee man last week.

Anthony James Harris, 24, of 37508 Oakview Circle is charged with first-degree murder for the death of Cleo Stinyard, 48.

Stinyard was found about 4 a.m. Friday inside his singlewide mobile home at 7844 Laura Lane in Lacoochee after someone called authorities. He had been shot "multiple" times, Pasco County Sheriff's Office spokesman Kevin Doll said.

The Sheriff's Office said its investigation revealed that Harris shot Stinyard in a drug robbery.

An eyewitness account of a drug deal between Stinyard and Harris led to Harris' arrest, Doll said.

Harris is being held without bail at the Land O'Lakes jail.
