Carrollwood pastor charged with DUI

CARROLLWOOD — A pastor was arrested early Friday morning and charged with driving under the influence.

John Stephen Hillmer, 57, of 10505 Sago Road, was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail near 2 a.m. He was released later on $500 bail, according to jail records.

Hillmer's occupation is listed as the pastor of Grace Lutheran Church on Linebaugh Avenue.

Hillmer has not been previously arrested in Hillsborough County, records show. He was stopped on Hudson Lane near N Dale Mabry Highway.
