Man shot to death in Tampa

TAMPA — A man was killed early Saturday in what Tampa police believe may have been a drug- or robbery-related crime.

Andrew Alan Jones, 21, was shot in the upper torso about 1:40 a.m. in the 7300 block of Hutton Place, police said. He was taken to Tampa General Hospital and died about an hour after the shooting.

Police, who have yet to determine a motive, are also looking for Jones' 2009 Chevrolet Impala with Georgia tag BJC5521.
