Wesley Chapel man accused of fondling sleeping teen

WESLEY CHAPEL — A 62-year-old Wesley Chapel man was charged with sexual battery after Pasco County sheriff's deputies say he fondled a 14-year-old girl.

Dale Allen Ordiway Sr. touched the girl while she was sleeping, according to the sheriff's report. Due to the nature of the allegations, authorities withheld the girl's name and her relationship to Ordiway.

Ordiway, of 30122 Konny Lane, was arrested Sunday and remains in the Land O'Lakes jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
