A man and woman, both 19, have been arrested and accused of trying to steal air conditioner parts from a Holiday business.
A witness told deputies he saw the couple, wearing all-black clothing, drive past his home in a white Ford van with the lights off and park at the end of the street about 2 a.m. Saturday. The man and the woman then got out of the van and walked toward the Polish American Pulaski Club at 4616 Darlington Road, the arrest report said.
A Pasco deputy responded to the call and waited in his vehicle for the two to return to their van and drive off, then pulled them over after they failed to use their turning signal.
During the traffic stop, David Burchett and Lauren Nicole Eggleston, both of New Port Richey, said they were trying to steal copper, the arrest report said.
Burchett faces five counts of grand theft and four counts of criminal mischief. He was being held in the Pasco County jail on Sunday night in lieu of $45,000 bail. Eggleston was charged with one count of grand theft and was in custody Sunday night in lieu of $5,000 bail.

Deputies find dead deer, arrest 3 men
Three Spring Hill men were arrested early Sunday and accused of killing a deer out of hunting season.
Pasco deputies said they heard a gunshot near Ehren Cutoff in central Pasco about 1 a.m. Sunday. A few minutes later, a white Ford pickup truck with fresh blood on the tailgate drove past the deputy's vehicle, the incident report said.
Deputies pulled over the truck and conducted an inspection. They found three men inside and a freshly killed deer in the bed of the vehicle, a recently fired shotgun between the driver and passenger seats and a small amount of marijuana
Ricky Edwen Weed, 21, Michael Alred, 21, and Donnie Story, 19, were arrested and each was charged with a count of taking possession of a deer out of season. Weed was also charged with discharging a firearm in public and marijuana possession.
Alred and Story were released Sunday afternoon on $500 bail; Weed was released about the same time on $1,500 bail.

It was Fish and Wildlife Officers that arrested these losers, not PC deputies. St. Pete times got this one wrong. FWC has gotten several in the past year or two for that.

I heard that it was Fish and Wildlife Officers that got these guys. Those officers don't get any respect or credit when credit is due.
