TAMPA — A teenage murder suspect is in custody after he was apprehended early Thursday by officers from the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, according to Tampa police.
Aveon Yarbrough, 16, was wanted on charges of first-degree murder, armed robbery and being a felon in possession of a firearm. He is accused of killing James Bradford, 26, in a vehicle outside 5001 Terrace Village Drive on Jan. 14. Police have said the killing was drug-related.
Authorities found Yarbrough at 15215 Livingston Ave. in Lutz.
No further information was immediately available.
