CLEARWATER — Clearwater police arrested a man Wednesday who is suspected of sexually abusing a child for three years, starting when she was 11.
The woman, now 26, told police she was hurt by Oscar Larry, 65, from September 1994 to September 1997, according to officials.
Larry is said to have sexually battered her in a Clearwater home. Information about his relationship to the woman was not immediately known.
He is being held at Pinellas County Jail.
