Deputies shut down grow house, accuse man of stealing $8,000 in electricity

TAMPA —Deputies shut down a marijuana grow house in western Hillsborough County late Tuesday and arrested four people.

When deputies went to the house, at 10357 Del Mar Circle, they found about three dozen plants and equipment for growing them.

They also accused one man — Alberto Martinez Valladares — of stealing about $8,000 in electricity from Tampa Electric through an underground tap.

Martinez Valladares, as well as Iosbert Terga Martinez, Liney Quintana Gallardo and Wendy Sardu Mavilla were each charged with manufacturing cannabis.

Martinez Valladares was also charged with grand theft.
