NEW PORT RICHEY — A former employee at a heating and air-conditioning company is accused of using the company's account to fraudulently obtain $38,000 of copper and other air-conditioning parts, according to police.

Joseph Williams Jr., 30, is a former employee at All Star Heating and Air Conditioning in New Port Richey. Between Sept. 1 and Nov. 21, he obtained copper piping and other parts from Gem-Air using All Star's credit account, police said.
