Fourth suspect arrested in death of man found in Tampa trash bin

TAMPA — Deputies arrested a fourth suspect Tuesday afternoon in the killing of a man found in a trash bin last month.

Ulysses A. Grant, 28, was booked into the Orient Road Jail on a charge of manslaughter for the death of James L. Toney, 56.

Grant, of 1935 W Union St., is being held without bail.

Toney was found in a trash bin behind a closed bar at 1947 W Main St. in Tampa. It still is unclear how he died.

Jarvis Troupe, 24, Keontrye R. Williams, 22, and Renell M. Little, 17, all were previously arrested and charged with manslaughter. Troupe and Williams remain at the Orient Road Jail and Little was sent to a juvenile detention center.
