Hillsborough deputies accuse three of holding victims at gunpoint in home invasion

TAMPA — Three people were arrested Sunday morning and accused of breaking into a Hillsborough County home and holding victims inside at gunpoint, arrest reports show.

Derrick Maurice Paulin, 19, Thomas Brackett III, 21, and Treysa Sylvester-Parker, 32, of Tampa were charged with robbery and home invasion after deputies said they broke into a residence at 10204 Memorial Highway and held victims at gunpoint and knifepoint while attempting to steal a safe, television and other electronics.

The three were being held without bail at the Hillsborough County Jail.

Sylvester-Parker had been released from jail Aug. 17 on $2,000 bail after being arrested on animal cruelty charges. Her record includes a previous robbery arrest, records show.
