BRANDON — Deputies are searching for man they said robbed a gas station Tuesday morning with a pair of scissors.

A man the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office identified as 51-year-old Michael Greene forced a female cashier into the back of the Mobil 1 Convenience Store at 615 E Bloomingdale Ave. with the scissors, and grabbed money out of the register.

He then left the store and rode south on Kings Avenue on a black mountain bike.

Greene doesn't have a current address and deputies have issued a warrant for his arrest.

Anyone with information about this crime can contact the Hillsborough County Sheriff's office at (813) 247-8200 or Crime Stoppers at 1 (800) 873-8477.
