KENNETH CITY — A man was arrested Friday after he held a woman at knifepoint at his home and tore her clothes off before forcing sex on her, police said.
Miguel Angel Sanchez, 38, held the 8-inch kitchen knife against the woman's throat as he tore off her underwear and bra, according to an arrest report.
He then sexually battered her, police said.
Kenneth City police arrested Sanchez Friday night at his home at 4320 65th Way N. Officers found the knife under Sanchez's mattress, police said.
Sanchez, a citizen of Mexico, was booked in jail on an immigration violation in addition to charges of sexual battery, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and tampering with physical evidence.
He was held without bail.
