LUTZ — A woman was coming out of the bathroom stall at Whiskey Willie's on Sunday night when she saw a man who had no reason to be in the women's bathroom, deputies said.
She told Rickey Maharaj, 36, to get out, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office report states, but he didn't. He groped her and pulled her back into the stall, the report states.
A bartender walked in and heard the woman's cries for help. The bartender told Maharaj to leave the bar, located at 1624 Dale Mabry Highway. On Monday, deputies arrested Maharaj, of 17012 Ongar Court in Land O'Lakes on charges of simple battery and false imprisonment. He was released from jail after posting $5,150 bail.
