Largo cops seek help identifying suspect in sexual assault

LARGO — Largo Police detectives are asking the public for help in identifying a suspect in a recent sexual assault.

According to the Largo Police Department, the suspect met the victim, a woman, at the Badda Bing Gentlemen's Club at 8875 Ulmerton Road on Sept. 22.

The woman voluntarily left with the suspect, a patron of the strip club, but was sexually assaulted by him some time later that evening, police said.

Detectives have obtained surveillance video, which shows the man and his vehicle that night.

The man, who was described as having an average build and height, appears to be Hispanic, Latino or Asian, police said.

He was driving a silver, four-door, mid-size sedan of unknown make and model.

Largo police would not disclose whether the woman worked at the club.

Detectives are asking that anyone with information about the man's identity to call Largo Police Detective S. Gore at (727) 586-7436.
