LARGO — A man accused of sexually assaulting a neighbor in her home last month was arrested on warrants in Texas, police said.

On Aug. 18, Timothy Davenport, 28, broke into the victim's home through an unlocked bathroom window, raped her while armed with a knife, and ran away, Largo police said.

Detectives learned Friday that Davenport was in Texas. He was later arrested on burglary and sexual battery warrants by the Dallas Police Department.

Davenport remained at the Dallas County jail Tuesday awaiting extradition.
