TAMPA — The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has arrested and charged a man officials say robbed a Grow Financial Credit Union branch on Friday, a sheriff's spokeswoman said Saturday.

Sheriff's officials said they arrested Oswaldo Jose Jackman, 42, of no known address, late Friday. The Sheriff's Office had released to the public a surveillance camera photo of the robber and offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.

Officials did not say how they located Jackman.

Jackman is accused of handing a note to a teller demanding money at the credit union located at 13305 N Dale Mabry Highway.
