PORT RICHEY — A 62-year-old man is accused of exposing himself at Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park and asking an undercover officer to do the same.
Dorman Dean Dover was arrested Wednesday after the alleged incident, according to an arrest report by the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Dover told the wildlife officer he "frequently" goes to the park to have sexual encounters with men, the report said.
Dover of New Port Richey was charged with indent exposure and was released Wednesday from the Pasco jail on $150 bail. The officer wrote in the report that the incident happened while a family with a toddler walked on a nearby trail at the park.
