ZEPHYRHILLS – Deputies made two arrests in the investigation of a methamphetamine lab that was raided Wednesday.
At first, no one would open the door at the house that, deputies say, had chemical fumes spilling out of it.
Just before 1 p.m. Wednesday, deputies called in backup and were eventually let in the home at 3943 Court St., a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report states. Inside, the report states, they found a small lab and the signature cocktail of ingredients – including Drano and cold medicine – for meth.
Two small bags of the substance along with needles were in plain sight, the report states.
Deputies arrested Kevin Debyah, 38, and Angela Ludwig, also 38, of 37846 Avalon Drive, at Debyah's Court Street home. Both were charged with possession of meth and possession of listed chemicals.
They remained Thursday in the Land O'Lakes jail in lieu of $15,000 bail.
