PORT RICHEY — Pasco County Sheriff's deputies are looking for the man they say could be responsible for the death of 36-year-old Thomas Christopher Blow.
Deputies released a photo of Brendan Michael Sigismondi, 32, about nine hours after a passerby found Blow lying in the roadway of Embassy Boulevard, east of Regency Park, at 2:30 a.m. Saturday.
The motorist flagged down a passing Sheriff's Office cruiser. A deputy immediately started performing CPR, but when fire rescuers arrived they pronounced Blow, of New Port Richey, dead.
Deputies say Sigismondi has blue eyes, strawberry blonde hair, is about 5-foot-8 and weighs about 190 pounds.
At first, deputies thought Blow was a victim of a hit-and-run, but injuries to his upper-body prompted detectives to investigate his death as a homicide.
Deputies are asking anyone with information about where Sigismondi is to contact the Sheriff's Office at 1-800-706-2488.
