Pasco man, 21, accused of having sex with girl, 14

Man, 21, accused of sex with girl, 14

A 21-year-old man asked a 14-year-old girl to be his girlfriend and had sex with her, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. The incidents happened in August and September at the girl's New Port Richey home, a report states.

Richard Anthony Guardino, of 11715 Enterprise Drive in Port Richey, is charged with lewd and lascivious battery. The girl told authorities the sex was consensual.

Guardino's DNA matched semen left on the girl's mattress, the report states. Guardino — who began 18 months of drug offender probation on Jan. 19 for selling marijuana, according to the Florida Department of Corrections — is being held at the Pasco County jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

Molestation charge not the first for him

A 13-year-old girl's feet were cold and John J. Dunleavy said he would warm them up — and then rubbed his penis against her feet, authorities said.

Dunleavy, 34, of 6324 Kathleen Drive in Hudson, was charged Friday with lewd and lascivious molestation. He was already in the Land O'Lakes jail on a warrant from Hernando County on a charge of sex battery by a person 18 or older on a victim 12 years or younger.

The Pasco incident happened in April 2008 in New Port Richey, according to a report. The relationship between Dunleavy and the girl was not released due to the nature of the accusations.
