Man robs SunTrust bank in Wesley Chapel

WESLEY CHAPEL

Deputies seek man who robbed bank

Authorities are searching for a white man in a tan shirt and baseball cap who robbed the SunTrust bank at 5310 Bruce B. Downs Blvd.

Pasco County sheriff's deputies got the call at 10:36 a.m. Tuesday, sheriff's spokeswoman Melanie Snow said.

Witnesses said the man did not appear to have a weapon.

"At least he didn't show he had one," Snow said.

The robber ran away after the crime.
