NEW PORT RICHEY — A 19-year-old woman is accused of luring 13-year-old girl to a party and sexually molesting her.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Kaitlin B. Kirby invited the young girl on Tuesday to a house on Latimer Street — in the Beacon Hills area off U.S. 19 and State Road 54 — to "partake in alcohol and 'partying' with two other males" and herself.
Kirby, of 6325 Garland Court in New Port Richey, was arrested Wednesday. She is charged with lewd and lascivious molestation and violating her felony drug probation. She is being held without bail at the Pasco jail.
