Pinellas sheriff's detectives seize slot machines

LARGO — Detectives with a search warrant seized 53 coin-operated slot machines at an arcade Tuesday, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff's detectives went to Silver Streak, 10623 117th Drive N, to seize "Cherry Master" style slot machines

Detectives began investigating the business, owned by David H. Meunier, last fall. The machines taken Tuesday will go into evidence while the investigation continues, officials said.

According to its Web site, Silver Streak is an arcade geared toward adults that opened in August. It has locations in Largo and Clearwater.
