Police: argument outside St. Petersburg YMCA leads to gunfire

ST. PETERSBURG — An argument in front of a YMCA led to gunfire Tuesday evening, police said.

Two men, neither of whom were identified, argued in front of the YMCA of Greater St. Petersburg at 3200 First Ave. S around 6 p.m. when one of them fired at the other, grazing him with a bullet. The man who was shot was expected to survive, according to St. Petersburg police.

The incident was still under investigation late Tuesday.
