Police say Largo man raped 18-year-old at house party

LARGO — A Largo man confessed to raping an 18-year-old woman early Sunday after giving her alcohol at his house party, police said.

Rein Hogan Ramos, 22, was arrested on a felony charge of sexually battering a mentally or physically incapacitated person.

Ramos told officers the woman attended a party Saturday night where he lived at 1873 Oakedale Lane N. He gave her alcohol until she "began vomiting," according to a police report, and then brought her into a bedroom. As Ramos began sexually assaulting the victim, she told him "no" and asked him to stop, police said.

Ramos remained in the Pinellas County Jail on Tuesday with bail set at $50,000
