ST. PETERSBURG — A teen was shot in the foot Monday afternoon after he told a would-be robber that he didn't have any money, officials said.
The gunman remains at large.
Police are searching for a brown Honda sedan they said was used in the crime, which happened at 961 64th Ave. S.
The victim, who was not identified, had been walking down the street when the suspect approached him. He was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries, police said.
