Man, 22, had sex with 14-year-old, police say

SPRING HILL — A 22-year-old Spring Hill man faces four charges of lewd behavior with a child after being accused of having sex with a teenage girl.

Eric Lanham had sex with the 14-year-old girl four times from Oct. 15 through Oct. 17, according to a Hernando County Sheriff's Office arrest report.

A 16-year-old girl who is a friend of the other teen told deputies she was in the same room and observed Lanham and the girl having sex, according to the report.
