St. Petersburg man, 22, accused of engaging in sex acts and sending nude photos to teen

ST. PETERSBURG — A 22-year-old man is accused of engaging in sexual activity with a 15-year-old girl and sending nude photos of himself to her cell phone, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office

Deputies said Anthony Jawaine Clark, 5675 1st St. NE, admitted to the sexual acts with the girl and to sending the photo.

The Sheriff's Office started investigating the case on Sept. 26 after the girl's parents reported they found a nude on photo on their child's cell phone. Deputies brought Clark in for an interview Tuesday morning. After the interview, he was arrested.

He faces charges of lewd and lascivious battery and transmission of material harmful to a minor. He was being held Tuesday afternoon on $15,000 bail.
