Deputies looking for pharmacy thief
Pasco deputies are looking for a man they say hopped a pharmacy counter early Saturday, forced a pharmacist to give him pills and then fled.
At about 12:43 a.m., the unidentified man came into the Walgreens at 2480 U.S. 19 wearing a white cap with a black bill, gray shirt and black pants, a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report states.
Surveillance video released Tuesday by the Sheriff's Office shows the man walking straight to the pharmacy, then scooting across the counter and walking back between the shelves.
Deputies say he grabbed the pharmacist working there, demanded pills and fled with them. He demanded no cash. No weapon was seen.
Reports state the man is about 5 feet 5 and drove away in a gray four-door sedan.
