TAMPA — A 59-year-old man faces molestation charges for being accused of touching two underage girls at a Walmart, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.

Surveillance video inside the Walmart at 2701 Fletcher Ave. showed the man following two girls, one 8 and the other 9 years of age, separately before touching them, Sheriff's Office spokesman Larry McKinnon said.

The man was identified as Samuel Stephen Lugo of Tampa. He was arrested and faces two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation.

Lugo was being held at the Hillsborough County Jail on Friday morning without bail.
