Tampa man accused of possessing child porn videos

TAMPA — A Tampa man accused of possessing more than 20 child pornography videos was arrested Wednesday evening.

Jimmy Torres Sr., 46, was charged with 20 counts of possession of child pornography.

Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office detectives and U.S. Secret Service officers went into the house with a search warrant and confiscated several computer items, the Sheriff's Office said.

A scan showed more than 20 movie files depicting children between ages 3 and 12 engaged in sexual activities, the Sheriff's Office reported.

Torres, of 6213 N Clark Ave., was booked into the Orient Road Jail. Bail was set at $150,000.
