Tampa man accused of raping 13-year-old Pasco girl

ZEPHYRHILLS — A 27-year-old man was arrested Wednesday on charges he raped a 13-year-old girl last July.

Jonathan Horne of Tampa is charged with lewd and lascivious acts. It is unclear why the arrest is coming months after the alleged incident.

Due to the nature of the allegations, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office would not say how the victim knew Horne.

Horne remained Thursday at the Pasco County jail in lieu of $50,000 bail.
