Tampa man accused of stabbing woman multiple times at house party

TAMPA — Police arrested a man Friday who they say stabbed a woman multiple times at a house party Jan. 2. Investigators say R.W. Resca Jr., 42, stabbed the woman once in the face and also stabbed a man during a party at a house on the 3600 block of Dartmouth Avenue in Tampa. Early Friday, police arrested Resca at his mother's house. He faces one count of attempted murder in the first-degree and one count of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. He remained in jail Friday in lieu of $150,000 bail.
