TAMPA — Deputies charged a 20-year-old man with murder Friday in connection with a March 31 shooting outside a club.
Jamario Marquise Nobles, of 220 E Cayuga St., was arrested after being questioned by detectives in the criminal investigations division, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies said Jarret Eitson, 21, of Tampa, was leaving a club at N 56th Street and Harney Road on March 31 with two friends when they were approached by two men attempting to rob them. During the robbery, Eitson was shot and killed.
Nobles is charged with felony murder in the first degree, armed robbery with a firearm and attempted armed robbery with a firearm, according to jail records. Records suggest the weapon used was a .380 caliber handgun.
Nobles was being held without bail in the Hillsborough County Jail Friday night.
