BRANDON — Detectives are searching for two men who stole $1,590 worth of jewelry from a Kmart last week.
Surveillance video shows the men entered the store at 1602 West Brandon Blvd. on Friday and approached the jewelry counter. One man opened a plastic display on top of the counter and stole five chains, deputies said.
He placed the jewelry into his pocket. One of the men left the store and drove a car, described as an older-model SUV, to the garden area, where he picked up the other man.
