Treasure Island police nab 11 people in undercover drug investigation

TREASURE ISLAND — Authorities arrested 11 people this week in a drug round-up dubbed "Operation Treasure Chest."

All the suspects, one woman and 10 men, were arrested Thursday on charges of selling or possessing crack, marijuana and prescription drugs. Many were charged with both.

Police said the arrests were the culmination of a four-month undercover investigation. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office also helped.

Arrested were James Craig Horton, II, 26, of Largo; Brian Dwayne Durk, 25, of Indian Rocks Beach; and the following Treasure Island residents: Donald Keith Caver, 54; Eric Downey Corson, 52; Christopher James Erick, 44; Joseph Kent Frohock, 22; Jacqueline "Jackie" Louise Hauck, 44; Robert Miller, 62; John Fitzgerald Noll, 45; Richard Joseph Roam, 34; and Thomas Howard Hannon, 47.
