TAMPA — Two South Florida men were shot Saturday night after driving from Miami to rob a home, deputies say.

Leanys Rodriguez-Charon, 27, and Carlos Anthony Rodriguez, 28, who were armed with Tasers, kicked in the back door of the house, 16310 Dew Drop Lane, just after 11 p.m. and were met by a Hispanic man who was inside, deputies say.

Following an argument, the unidentified man inside fired shots at Rodriguez-Charon and Rodriguez, striking them. Deputies say the shooter fled the scene and has not been found. The other men were transported to a local hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and deputies say they are both being uncooperative in the investigation.
