PINELLAS PARK — Two men are facing multiple felony charges after they vandalized two party buses and a limousine Saturday night, sparking fires inside two of them, police said.

Robin Ray Marchetti, 50, and Orra Phillip Evans, 52, were each charged with two counts of arson, three counts of vehicle burglary, grand theft and criminal mischief.

According to arrest reports, Marchetti and Evans broke into the vehicles around 11:45 p.m. at Paradise Limousines of Pinellas County, 11681 49th St. N.

Pinellas Park police said the two got into the vehicles through windows and smashed a 42-inch Sony plasma television valued at $2,000, stole a $300 stripper pole and set off a fire extinguisher in one of the buses.

The two are accused of using papers and toilet paper to start fires in one of the buses and a GMC limousine. The vehicles were heavily damaged, arrest reports show.

Evans, a transient from Pinellas Park, has a history of mostly misdemeanor arrests on charges of open alcohol, trespassing and disorderly intoxication, according to Pinellas court records. In 2004, he was sentenced to a year in prison on his third conviction for driving under the influence.

Marchetti of Volusia County has previous convictions for burglary, robbery and aggravated assault, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

On Sunday afternoon, both men were being held in the Pinellas County Jail in lieu of $45,000 bail each.
