TAMPA — A Wimauma man was arrested Wednesday night on 10 charges of sexual battery on a child, police said.

The U.S. Marshal's Office got a tip from Brooksville police that Javier R. Ramos-Roldan was living in the Tampa Bay area, according to a police incident report.

Officers watched the home where Ramos-Roldan was apparently staying, 5412 Ruth Morris Road, and found him there at about 6:10 p.m. and arrested him.

Ramos-Roldan was taken to the Hillsborough County Jail, where he is being held without bail.
