Woman left young children with unwilling babysitters, Pasco deputies say

ZEPHYRHILLS — Diana J. Bowman left a toddler and an infant in the care of three juveniles Wednesday evening, even though they told Bowman they didn't want to watch the kids, according to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. The 2-year-old was found later wandering the street, filthy, wearing only a soiled diaper, a report states.

Deputies found Bowman at 5917 Plaza View Drive in Zephyrhills and arrested her on charges of child neglect. The condition of the children was not available Thursday.

Bowman, who is 22 and unemployed, is being held at the Pasco jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
