Zephyrhills man accused of sex with unconscious minor

Man accused of sex with passed-out girl

An 18-year-old is accused of having sex with a 14-year-old girl while she was passed out from drinking alcohol, according to the Pasco Sheriff's Office.

Skye M. Uragallo of Zephyrhills was arrested Thursday and charged with lewd and lascivious behavior on a minor. The victim told investigators she was at a home in Zephyrhills in the early hours March 20 and was lying on a mattress with Uragallo when she passed out. She said she woke up several hours later and found a condom in her pocket. She "felt like she had sex but did not remember the incident," a report states. Witnesses said they saw Uragallo have sex with the victim on the mattress, the report states.

Uragallo denied having sex with the girl, authorities said.

As of Friday evening, Uragallo was being held at the Pasco jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
