Domino's Pizza offers reward in shooting of pizza deliveryman

TAMPA — A Tampa Domino's Pizza franchise is offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved in the Sunday shooting of one of their deliverymen.

The Domino's Pizza employee was dropping off a pizza at the Vintage Loft apartments near the 1500 block of W Cypress Street on Sunday. As he returned to his car, two men with a gun approached him, Tampa police said. They robbed and shot him once.

The victim, whom police have not identified, was taken to Tampa General Hospital. He has since been released from the hospital and continues to recover, police say.

Tipsters may also be eligible for a $1,000 Crime Stoppers reward and can remain anonymous by calling Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-8477.
